T-shirt printing all over is when you get the entire shirt printed. You can get your t-shirt all over screen printed or all over sublimated. All over screen printing begins with creating specialized jumbo screens, which are custom built for each job and we produce ourselves in-house.

After the screens are developed out artist converts the artwork on to digital film, after that it is transferred to the screens through a large format UV curing system. After the screens dry they are mounted out the printing press and the printing begins. All over sublimation printing is a process that allows the ink to be printed into the t-shirt and not onto it. This simple technique is initiated by heat and controlled with pressure and time. Sublimation can only be done on t-shirts that are 100% polyester and white.

With t-shirt printing all over you can get either sublimation or screen printing down. With sublimation printing it can only be done on t-shirts made of 100% polyester and white, but you can sublimation the t-shirt any color you want and the colors will be very eye popping. With screen printing you can print on either polyester or cotton and the smallest screen we offer is 40” X 40”. You can get all of this done at AMBRO Manufacturing with is located in Flemington, NJ.
